Korean soprano Wonyoung ‘Agnes’ Seo pursued her studies at Dankook University in Korea, and earned both a Master of Music and an Artistic Diploma (AD) in Voice Performance from Temple University. Ms. Seo's stage experience is extensive and diverse. She has portrayed roles such as Yinold in the opera Impressions de Pelléas, Lucinda in Dark Sisters, and Adele in Die Fledermaus. Additionally, her work with ensembles and choirs—including the Korea National Opera Theater, Kim Deagun Choir in South Korea. In her teaching career, Ms. Seo started to teaching music as a Piano & voice teacher and a choral conductor in churches since 2018.  Her teaching spans a wide age range, from kindergarteners to 80s. Now, she works at Villa Maria Academy High School as a Piano & Voice instructor, at Valotta Studios as a Piano & Voice instructor, and at holy angels church as a main conductor. Ms. Seo’s central teaching philosophy is that music should be enjoyed throughout one’s life. Ms. Wonyoung Seo hope to communicate joy through with voice, body, and mind, creating memorable experiences for audiences and students alike.
